To meet the demand for the whole architecture and construction consultancy function within the Group, HBC has established Hoa Binh Architects Co., Ltd in 2002 according to Business Registration Certificate no. 4104000035 dated May 07th 2002, issued by Department of Planning and Investment, Ho Chi Minh City.

Founded as the design department of Hoa Binh Construction Office (predecessor of HBC), HBA has delveloped into an independent architecture consultancy company with a team of architects and engineers who are both formally trained (domestically and globally) and highly equipped with considerable expertise and practical experiences.

The heritage of design and construction materials from many large-scaled design & build projects implemented by HBC according to international standards during the last 30 years, along with the combined efforts of a skilled professional design team, has provided HBA with sufficient capability and experience to excellently handle various consultancy tasks including architecture planning - construction - MEP, project management, construction supervisory consultancy of many rennovation, building expansion and interior design projects which satisfy both technical and aesthetic requirements.
